By completing and submitting this form, you ("Receiving Party") agree to the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") with Music Teacher Guild ("Disclosing Party"). As part of your access to acquisition-related information, you acknowledge that all information provided to you is considered confidential and proprietary, including but not limited to financial records, strategic plans, client lists, trade secrets, operational data, or any other sensitive information (collectively, "Confidential Information"). You agree to use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating the acquisition and not for any other purpose. You further agree not to disclose, share, copy, or otherwise distribute the Confidential Information to any third party without prior written permission from Music Teacher Guild. This confidentiality obligation will remain in effect for three (3) years from the date of form submission or until the Confidential Information becomes publicly available through no fault of your own. Upon request, you agree to delete or destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in your possession. By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
