We're currently reviewing applications from businesses and organizations across the country to receive custom AI Implementation Roadmaps (valued at $10,000 each) as part of a national initiative to accelerate responsible, ROI-driven AI adoption.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Complete the application form in full

  • Be willing to participate in a case study (if selected)

  • Assist in the creation of marketing assets (video and text testimonials, surveys, etc.)

Selected organizations will represent the best of strategic AI adoption. Each will receive:

  • A $10,000 AI Implementation Roadmap

  • Strategic guidance across enablement, training, vendor selection, ethics & compliance, and custom development

  • A place in a nationally recognized cohort shaping the conversation around AI adoption

Official Rules

    • Open to legal business entities and nonprofit organizations operating within the United States.

    • Applicants must be represented by an authorized officer or decision-maker (age 18+).

    • Organizations of all sizes are welcome, though preference may be given to those operating in the following sectors: Retail, Professional Education, Digital Products, Services, and Nonprofit.

    • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Sovereign+ (the “Sponsor”), and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

    • Complete the official application form in full before the stated deadline (December 1, 2025; 12:00 am US-Eastern).

    • Limit one application per organization.

    • Incomplete, late, or misdirected applications will not be considered.

    • Up to 10 organizations will be selected to receive a custom AI Implementation Roadmap (the “Prize”), valued at $10,000 each.

    • Each roadmap includes consultation, analysis, and strategic recommendations tailored to the recipient’s organization.

    • The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or other services.

  • Recipients (the “Trailblazers”) will be chosen by the Sovereign+ selection committee based on the following criteria:

    1. Visionary Leadership – Demonstrated commitment to innovation and responsible AI adoption.

    2. Readiness for AI Adoption – Clear need or opportunity where AI can make a meaningful impact within 6–12 months.

    3. Potential for Transformation – Likelihood that the roadmap will generate measurable ROI or operational improvement.

    4. Industry Representation – Preference for organizations in Retail, Education, Digital Products, and Nonprofit sectors, with diversity across the final cohort.

    5. Commitment to Sharing – Willingness to participate in case studies, testimonials, and marketing activities that highlight the organization’s AI journey.

    6. Alignment with Sovereign+ Values – Dedication to ethical, strategic, and human-centered AI adoption.

    The selection process is competitive. Decisions of the Sovereign+ committee are final.

    • Selected organizations will be notified by email within 7 days of the application deadline.

    • Winners must confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification. If an organization fails to respond, Sovereign+ reserves the right to select an alternate.

  • By accepting the Prize, winners agree to:

    • Participate in the creation of a case study highlighting their AI roadmap journey.

    • Provide testimonials (written, audio, or video) and participate in surveys or interviews.

    • Permit Sovereign+ to use the organization’s name, logo, and story in marketing and promotional materials.

    • Provide all necessary elements for data collection, including facilitating communications with key stakeholders and email lists (we will not require your email list, just that you send out the data collection methods required).

    • Sign a standard consulting contract with Sovereign+.

    • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Initiative if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity of the program.

    • Participation constitutes the entrant’s full agreement to these rules and Sovereign+’s decisions, which are final and binding.

    • Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, miscommunications, or incomplete applications.

    • All applicant information will be handled in accordance with the Sovereign+ Privacy Policy.

    • Data will only be used for administration of the Initiative, evaluation of applications, and agreed-upon marketing activities.
