  • The full roadmap is 13 months, but you'll see results much sooner. By Month 3, you'll have your first two AI assistants running and your content systems automated.

  • Built-in breathing room. After major implementations (Months 3, 6, and 10), you take a week to get comfortable with what you've built before adding anything new. This prevents overwhelm.
